New England Seashore: Vistaphotography

The New England seashore is a favorite of mine to photograph.. (along with thousands of other photographers).
There is something soothing about the waves meeting the New England shore and I can sit and enjoy it all day.
I really love to explore the tidal pools and beaches to see what treasures the ocean has delivered onto the sand.
Some days it's just seaweed and some days pieces of pottery from a cup or saucer that may has been washed up from an sunken vessel.
Each time I visit the New England seashore I never know what I'll find but I do know that I'm always excited like a little kid to see what the tides have washed up.
Most of my New England fireworks photo are taken along the New England shoreline especially in Marblehead and Salem Massachusetts. My Salem and Marblehead fireworks are here.
My Lighthouses of New England can be fond by clicking this link. Either way you will find that my work covers a good bit of New England and if you don't see what you are looking for then visit New England Shutterbugs to see other New England photographers and galleries of their work.

Questions? hit the contact button above.

The Fame a replica of the successful privateer from the War of 1812 .
The original Fame was a fast Chebacco fishing schooner that was reborn as a privateer when war broke out
in the summer of 1812. She was arguably the first American privateer to bring home a prize, and she made
20 more captures before being wrecked in the Bay of Fundy in 1814.

She is a fully operational sailing vessel but stays close to home so that everyone can come aboard. On special occasions she sails as Essex County's flagship, visiting ports along our coast to join in maritime festivals and events.
Excerpt from Salem Web.com

She is a fully operational sailing vessel but stays close to home so that everyone can come aboard. On special occasions she sails as Essex County's flagship, visiting ports along our coast to join in maritime festivals and events.
Excerpt from Salem Web.com

In these scenes you can see it's early in the season and the pleasure craft have not been put in the water yet. Marblehead Harbor is located to the east of the town's center. To the south is an isthmus that connects the town to nearby Castle Rock, which is located on the eastern end of the harbor. The harbor is home to many yachts and also a fishing community, which has increased over the years. There are 2,000 moorings and the harbor contains 14.2 miles of tidal coastline. Fort Sewall is located along the northwestern edge of the harbor.
