In Vermont, New England’s fall foliage almost always starts it’s fiery color burning a swath from the North East Kingdom down Route 100 and into the Green Mountains. You will generally find good color from around the 2oth of September through Mid October. You’ll start up north but then the color will quickly advance down to the valleys and the feet of the Green Mountains and the many ski resorts. The fall colors travel from the north to the south but never in a straight line nor the way way from year to year. Visit Vermont and see where peak fall foliage will show up this year.
