Firework shots from Salem MA and Marblehead Ma.
The harbor illumination precedes the fireworks by 30 minutes in Marblehead. and depending on your location the Marblehead Fireworks can be seen from several vantage points around the Marblehead Harbor.
I've shot the Marblehead Fireworks from different points but I feel the two best places to see the Marblehead fireworks are the base of the Marblehead lighthouse and maybe next to seaside park. Contact me at jeff.foliage@gmail.com for more hints...
Also in Salem MA when shooting the Salem Fireworks you should sit yourself aft of the friendship so that you can capture the fireworks bursting over the mast of the friendship in Salem MA. All the shots of the Salem MA fireworks are from one year. and I sat at the end of the quay to the aft and off to the side of the tall ship, Friendship of Salem MA. The bursting shells were really incredible from this angle.
